Breast Reconstruction

This 38 year old female had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate prepectoral direct to implant reconstruction using Natrelle 520cc full profile cohesive gel implants. She has a hidden scar below the breast with excellent symmetry and volume at 3-months postoperative.

This 45 year old female had a prior cosmetic breast augmentation with subsequent removal of implant and asymmetry. She had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate autologous reconstruction with DIEP flaps from the abdomen. She is shown on the right 12-months postoperative after scar revisions and fat grafting. Reconstruction has been done entirely using her own tissues without an implant.
