Breast Augmentation

This 37 year old woman desired breast augmentation post partum with subfascial (above muscle) Allergan 335cc Natrelle Smooth round high profile gel implant. She is 6 months post op with excellent shape, symmetry and contour.

This 65 year old woman had a ruptured McGahn silicone left breast implant from 30 years ago which caused pain and scarring (capsular contracture). She had revision augmentation, removal of capsule and implant with replacement of silicone implants (Mentor: 400cc, left and 500cc right). She is 1 year postop with dramatically improved shape, symmetry and contour. She elected not to have a breast lift to correct nipple position.

This 66 year old woman with a prior breast augmentation had pain and scarring (capsular contracture) of right implant with bottoming out on the left side. She had a revision augmentation with removal of capsule and exchange of both implants (Mentor Xtra fill moderate plus round gel implants: 630cc, right and 560cc, left) with correction of asymmetry and improved shape and contour at 1 year post op.

This 35 year old woman had a prior breast augmentation with silicone implants with capsular contracture on the right side causing pain and asymmetry. She had a revision breast augmentation with capsulectomy and exchange of saline implants to Allergan Natrelle moderate profile 350cc silicone implants. She is 1 year post op with improved shape, symmetry and contour.
